To access the employee portal on any device navigate to paywhiz.me.

Login Issues
I'm getting an error saying "Invalid username or password"?
This error indicates that your username or password is entered incorrectly.
Here are a few tips to consider when verifying your login information:
- Go back to the email you received inviting you to create your account. Make sure you are logging in with the email address where you received the invite.
- Too many failed attempts may lock your account. If you're unsure of your password, or if your password doesn't seem to work, please reset your password.
Do not click on "Register a new account" as the new account you will create will not be associated with your employee profile.
I forgot my username or password. What should I do?
- Username: Your username is typically your personal email address. Check with HR if you’re unsure.
- Password: Tap "Forgot my password" on the login screen. Enter your email address and follow the instructions in the reset email.
I have successfully signed in, But it says "No accounts found..."?
This can happen for one of two reasons;
- You are trying to log in to an incorrect URL. Navigate to the link below and try logging in again.
- You have created an isolved account with an email address other than the one used by your organization to set up your account.
You can't login to myisolved.com (or any URL you find online), to ensure you're getting to the correct link always use the website below to log in.

I have successfully signed in, But isolved asks me for a "Tenant ID"?
In some rare instances employees experienced an issue where isolved asked employees to provide a "Tenant ID".
While this should not be happening, here is the tenant ID you can enter to log in successfully: pywiz

Can I turn off the popup to "Set up an authenticator app"?
Yes. The next time you see the popup click on "Don't ask again on this device".
Can I turn off MFA?
For security purposes MFA can not be turned off.
That being said, you can make it easier to log in you can set up "Passwordless Login" which allows you to log in without entering a password or one-time code by registering your device.
